DREAM Academy faculty and staff celebrated an epic SIP day! Everyone had a blast engaging in activities such as circle check-in, the SIP goals for 2025-2026, the updated cell phone and safety policies from the culture and climate team, the U-46 Strategic Plan, strategies to increase student sense of belonging and learning engagement, and a teambuilding activity where all participants tie-dyed shirts for the 25-26 school year! WE CAN'T WAIT TO SEE OUR STUDENTS MONDAY!!!!!! 

The DREAM Academy AVID Site Team participated in the AVID Summer Institute 2025 professional learning at McCormick Place in downtown Chicago towards the end of July. We are beyond thrilled to bring the AVID III Elective to our students at DREAM Academy, and to provide an opportunity for our students to grow and be better versions of themselves. 

A group of DREAM Academy teachers and administrators went to the ISTE (International Society for Technology in Education) 2025 Conference in San Antonio, Texas to explore and share the latest innovations in educational technology and how they can be used to transform teaching and learning.
